As part of a comprehensive refurbishment of the main areas and kitchen facilities, we were asked to supply and install a range of flooring materials throughout the property.

Completion:
In the communal area, we laid some high quality Polyflor Polysafe Modena colour Angelite 4051. We removed any existing lino and disposed of from site.
We also prepared the sub-floor with 4mm ply and matched the silicone to the perimeter. New Gradus PVC nosings were also added.
