Job completed:
We recently completed a domestic flooring project for a homeowner in Rainham, Kent.
Products used:
- Karndean Knight Warm Oak wood tiles.
Completion:
Sub-floor was prepared with a coat of 4mm water-based screed Stopgap 300, including P131 primer. Due to underfloor heating, we also used a Karndean HT adhesive. We also made up a large bespoke oak threshold for the client to correct floor levels, which was fixed and then varnished.
