Area: Main School Hall – 362.94 sqm
Uplift/Dispose of the existing teak mosaic finger block flooring along with removing all skirting boards to the perimeter.
Applied 1x Coat of Ultrafloor DPM, Ultrafloor Prime it and Ultrafloor Renovate screed to the subfloor ready for fitting.
Then the new Oak mosaic finger block flooring was fitted which was fully bonded and then 3x coats of Bona Traffic was applied for the finish.
Lastly the new oak skirtings were fitted to the perimeter and lacquered.
