As part of a comprehensive new apartment building development, we were asked by the building contractor to apply a wide range of flooring materials throughout the premises, including communal areas, hallways and bedrooms. This took place at a new apartment building complex in Finchley, London.
This project called on all our decades of experience and expertise, given the various different flooring materials being installed.
Engineered wood flooring, including MDF skirting boards, was applied to the living areas and hallways and communal areas were supplied with high quality carpet tiles and entrance matting.
To ensure a luxurious and comfortable feel underfoot, all bedrooms were fitted with man-made twist carpets, including 10mm underlay and grippers.
Finally, all bathrooms and en-suites had porcelain tiles applied to floors and walls. This included Ditra matting and chrome trims for a stylish finish.
