We were recently asked to lay vinyl tiles and carpet in 19 new apartments at Farman House, Leeds.
Products used:
- Vinyl Tiles (LVT) - Living areas, kitchens & lobby. Total 700sqm
- Carpet 4m - Bedrooms - Total 300sqm
- Carpet Tiles - Communal area & stair skirting - 130sqm
- Nosing - Communal staircase
- PVC Angles - Communal staircase
Completion:
All floors levels built up with Latex screed + aggregate chippings 25-35mm in places – 700sqm. Remove existing paint from sub-floor with machinery
